Make sure the camber on the rear wheels is set correctly, if the wheel is leaning outwards at all then the wheel will be pround of the wing.

Also, got to your 'control panel' button(up in the top right corner of this page), and update your profile to show your location

Dunno if this is of help but this is how I did my lower hoses.

Unfortunately for you I can tell you what they are off as I was given a bag full of assorted hoses that I could hack together and join with tube a jubilee clips, what I can tell you this works well as I don't have any problems with cooling at all.

Cheers

Rich

You haven't said if you've checked the camber yet. Indy's can usually take 195's no problem. Check to make sure the wheel isn't leaning out

well i,ve got a set of 14in wheels with i think 185/65 profile ( wheels are at my lock up 7 miles away), ford fitment with VERY good tread on tyres (budget tyres) , if we can find a way to get them to you then no prob, wonder how much city link/tnt etc would charge???
you sure 14in would clear your wish bones/suspension set up?
cheers

Check that the car is on a level surface. Use a spirit level to check. The use it to check that the wheel is upright. If it is leaning outwards then you can adjust it inwards by using the adjustment at the top of the upright. Undo the locknut, wind it in a but then retighten and recheck

13" wheel will fit on the (Sierra based) Indy as will 14, 15, 16 and 17" wheels.

I've got 195/50x15" wheels and tyres which fit absolutely no problem. Camber is set to around -1 degree (leaning in at the top) this should give ample clearance.

Have you got any wing piping between the bodywork and the rear arch? That will give you a fraction more spacing to work with too.

What needs sorting on the front indicator wiring? I have plenty of bit and pieces, a soldering iron, crimpers etc so if I can make something or send something to help then just shout. Any pics of what you need to do would help

Bottom rad hos is a PITA around the fan belt and steering column. I used a Gates flexi hose from halfords 38mm dia at water pump and 32mm other end, linked to a 90 deg hose bend on the rad outlet with a length of ally pipe. It's not that neat but it does work.

Get some photos up on this thread and let us know what you're struggling with.

And...keep it up, the elation when you get there just makes all the grief melt away

Cheers
Nick
