anyone turbod on bike carbs
if any one has done this please contact me,even if you have done it to a bike,i would like to know how it went?

Here's one thats done, you need a rising rate fuel pressure regulator or the boost pressure will be more than the fuel supply, after that you
basically enclose the carbs or seal any air outlets so the fuel bowls remain at boost pressure also.
Welderman also made one, have a look in his archive.

turbo on carbs
Hi there guys im new to the locost scene, but i can give you some advice on the turbo into carbs = not advised the boost pressure can in some cases
and probably will blow back on the fuel jets and other than that you wont get perfect fuel to air ratio mix and the venturi inside the carb will
create all sorts of turbulance and act as a bottle neck, that is unwanted in pressure fed engines sorry to p**s on your fireworks but thats the truth
of it really...............anyways hope that helps.......go fuel injection/ throttle bodies.....and what engine is it maybe able to give you some
pointers as to what to use

This is the whole reason you use a rising rate fuel pressure regulator, and ensure the float chamber vent sees the boost signal.
Forced induction with almost any kind of carb is possible (though not necessarily a good idea) if you know what you are doing.

so why dont that happen on turbo bikes that run carbs,if you have a look at that link,it shows you how to presureise the floot chambers and above the
diafram.
