cam timing

BCF2 cam in ford crossflow.

anyone know the timing for this?

Can I loosely fit head i.e. clamp down but not fully torque down, 2 pushrods in cylinder 1 to open the valves or do I need all 8 rods installed?

Google is your friend!

Sounds like you've got the right idea but i would fully torque it down you should only need two pushrods
