is this a std pinto cam FR10
i think it is,i just found one in the shead its a FR10 it also has BM5 on it ,any ideas

Ive got a Kent Cam in mine and its a FR32.
Yours could also be from Kent. FR stands for fast road.

i have the same in my mk,i have looked at all of the kent cams and it dont list a fr10,it might be an old one that thay dont list any more????

Its a kent one, call them and they may be able to dig up the spec for you.
