Changing ZX12 clutch springs?

Is this a pain in the harris job to do? I've got some uprated springs sat in the cupboard and just got round to looking at the manual but it's a bit tosh in telling you how to go about it. Never done them before....pain in the ass or piece of cake?

not too bad if you have the oil out of the engine, we bought a replacement gasket as i think its just paper and split. just change them out and torque them up!
