2.0l zetec parts

hi all i have a 2.0l blacktop engine, i bought it bare just wondered what stock parts i will have to find in order to fit the engine and add ons i.e. fuel rail inlet manifold ect (and what one do i need) im running a type 9 and will be using bike carbs, i have the flywheel/clutch ect,many thanks

If you are running bike carbs then you'll need a custom inlet manifold to fit your carbs.

Bike carbs can either be respaced or fitted as they come on the bike, but either way you'll need some form of manifold.

I used the bike carb rubbers bolted to a 5mm ali plate, which is the cheap way of doing it.

Bogg brothers will do a manifold for you for a price.

I've just upgraded to zetec. I needed the following

engine mounts
ecu
starter motor
clutch
alternator and bracket
extra pulley and bracket to drive water pump the right way
water rail
gaskets etc
belt for alternator and water pump
inlet and exhaust manifolds
shortened sump
water rail

coil pack & leads
electric fuel pump
spigot bearing (for end of crank)

lots of bits then anyone got any pics of there alt brackets and how they reversed their water pumps with a pulley pls
