My car wont idle part 3 - Agriv8 is a genious
It turned out to be the wire i hadnt connected to the MAF sensor was the problem.
Pushed her out half hour ago and she wouldnt start. Tried again and she started but with very low idle and trying to run. Then realised i hadnt
reconnected the throttle cable (doh). Connected it and she started and idles on her own
She idles fast then settles down a bit low then back up again but im sure she just needs a bit of tweaking.
Thanks to everyone who helped. I was about to start looking for a fourth engine

Plesure - just glad that my 30 or so hours diagnosing my system has helped. ( this has now been swapped to aftermarket ) which has completly changed
the drivability of the car.
Re the idle that how it was on the V8 but it sound to me that if you may need to set throttle stop and/or calibrate the Throttle pot to the ECU
