duratec timing bolt

Can anyone tell me where I get the bolt that is required to hold the crank at TDC on our 2.3 duratec?

I've tried various searches on the net but not found anything.

I am right in thinking that it is a bolt that you screw into the side of the block to locate the crank whilst you remove the un-keyed pulley?

The bolt isnt strong enough to locate the crank when you are tightening/loosening the crank pulley bolt.

If you got to my website, on the duratec page is the engine manual for download. It gives you the dimensions of the pin in there.
