pinto-duratec, dimension?

Its a bit of a long shot but can anyone tell me the offset from a pinto head inlet face to a duratec one? ie the duratec head is wider than the pinto one, what is the difference in offsets from the crank centerline?

Or to put it another way, how much closer to the side of the car will the inlet face be when swapping from a pinto to duratec?
