duratec bits arrived....
Today I recieved our RWD motorsport Bellhousing, Lightened fly (which is bloody light, not that I have a standard Duratec one to compare to, but I
have a 1600 CVH one which is considerably heavier), Release arm, pin, bearing etc. and clutch.
Not a cheap conversion this duratec, but to be fair the £200 for the bellhousing is a bargain for the work involved. Hope it all works together ok. I
know it could be done cheaper, but we opted for the safe straight forward route, lets hope it is!
Cost so far for 2.3 engine, ZX9R's, various ancillaries from a broken 2.0 mondeo and all of the above approximately £1000. The only remaining
sizeable items to be bought (as far as i know) are thermostat, belt tensioner and megajolt.
