Otherwise can't you get a 110mm alternator pulley. Lots of those are multi-V. Might take a bit of scrappy hunting but that's good for the
soul in this weather.
Otherwise you can do what I do and contact an alternator refurbisher on Ebay and ask whether they've got a 110mm pulley they want to part with
for some tokens.

Its a special pulley unique to Rotrex.

Needs to be very accurately machined or the Rotrex will fail after a few thousand miles. Ask Rotrex them selves as they had a small batch which were
out and that caused several premarure failures.
£55 + VAT isn't too bad as they usually retail at £80
Also try OMEX and GMC Motorsport for pulleys.

Yep the pulley is unique to rotrex, so you must get one from them or their distributors in the UK.
I am using a 95mm one at the moment, but on a 118mm crank pulley rather than the standard one.
I do envisage having to go to a smaller pulley to get the full 1bar of boost though.

i am planning on getting a smaller one but am thinking it will pay to run a lower boost for now, with the standard crank pulley i am hoping it will
work out ok using a 110mm...
I shall get on to TTS at the end of the week
