how tall are your engines?
anyone got any idea how tall your engines are. could do with a rough idea of heights from bottom of sump to top of head.and the engine your using.

Fecking tall, SR20DET is taller than a C20xe and you cant shorten the sump, it just fits under my viento bonnet, sorry no measurements

my engine is still in the donor but the the closest measurement i can get (probably not totally accurate) is 28.5 " its very tall

I'll measure the m3 when i'm back home. doesn't need the sump shorting though and goes under the standard bonnet.

This car, Melvyn Hartley's Autotune Gemini now sports an S2000 engine.
When it used to have a xflow in it, the bodywork was unmolested. When he installed the Honda, it had to grow the bonnet bulge you see here.
It's a big lump of a motor.
