Rocker cover off quick question

following my oil pressure issue - none at temperature, we have taken the rocker cover off to checl for wear and that oil was getting to the cams. The breather tubes that should go to the rocker breathers have been filled with silicon! I guess this is not right but could this affect oil pressure if the engine cannot breathe properly in terms of releasing pressure? In the garage now on my phone but can anyone advise? Zx9 B3 engine.

No it wont cause low oil pressure. Might cause the engine to blow oil out around some seals unless there are other areas for the crank case pressure to be vented to

Could the blocked breathers be stopping the oil from draining back into the sump? Like an airlock/vacuum?
