Vacuum Dizzy Or Non Vacuum Dizzy

Does connecting the distributor vacuum tube to the outlet tube on a twin choke dellorto carburettor (two carbs to be fitted) affect the operation of the carburettor/engine in a similar way that connecting the crank case breather to the inlet manifold union mucks up the running of the cylinder that its drawing the vacuum from. Will i be better off getting hold of a non vacuum advance dizzy, its electronic ignition

I don't think the vacuum is great enough from a single choke of twin webbers/dels

better off with a non-vac-advance dizzy
