fuel swirl pot
im going to fit a swirl pot into my car when rebuilding it,
will this do the job?

Have a look at this Link
Duratec Engine is fitted, MS2 Extra V3 is assembled and tested, engine running, car now built. IVA passed 26/02/2016

I think bigger the better if you have space as they act as a reserve tank too, you can obviously extend your range with a bigger one.
If it will fit in get a 2Ltr one.

yeah though about that, ill make a 2l one fit in on the rear panel behind the seats
