Renault 5 turbo card on a zetec?
Would a renault 5 turbo carb be sufficient to power a 2ltr zetec turbo?

They are very much on the small side for a normally aspirated 2L engine, they have a single 32mm venturi. What size is the original Ford throttle
body?

The single HIF 44 (1.75inch) may be enough if you're keen for a carb/turbo set up. I think the MG Turbo Montego used it too & could make
200+bhp on a 2l 8v, how much power do you want to make?
What's the reason for not going for fuel injection? Not saying you should but it's what I'd expect.

they are barely big enough for the engine they are on. let alone a 2L

in my earler days of tinkering with cars, i used to do an awful lot with 5turbo's and one of the main things that held them back when they were
tuned a bit was the ability of the carb to supply a reasonable amount of fuel higher up in the rev range once the boost had been turned up a bit.
if you are going to use the same carb to fuel a 2L, even at low(ish) boost levels you will start to see problems. and lets face it, you will be
tempted to up the boost the other problem with the carb you are looking at is the tendancy for fuel percolation so make doubly certain that you fit
a decent perc fan.
we ended up having good results with injection in the end on the 5's and really this would the best alternative for your engine as its far more
controllable
