Standard clearances of all Ford cams in the pinto as far as I know are 0.2mm on the inlet and 0.25mm of the outlet.

Alot of the more manly aftermarket cams use the same clearances. The milder ones tend of have slightly larger clearances.

Your call, but I reckon you'd be fairly safe with 0.2/0.25

As per Haynes for RS2000

lift 6.3323 mm (0.2494 inches)
inlet opens 24 degrees BTDC
inlet closes 64 degrees ATDC
exh opens 70 degrees BBDC
exh closes 18 degrees ATDC
