have you checked wiring to edis to megasquirt and megasquirt to tps there ar 3 wire I ground an the Pip and Saw wires

i have used the chassis as a ground. is that right?

We didn't wire ours that way, all three wires into the EDIS, it works OK (don't actually see why you couldn't use the chassis as
ground but we just followed the MJ manual to the letter)

edis is grounded and i just tried wiring the ground from the tps to the MJ and got the same result.
should the Vref (white wire) have a voltage or reading of some kind against the ground?

right, i have taken a +5v from a spare on the MJ, so the sigal from the tps to the mj is 0.69v when closed and 2.19v when open... that should work
right????? also should i be worried that where i should be taking the +5v isnt working?
