Engine mount identification

Appologies for the poor photo but can somone please identify the rubber mounting - as far as I can tell it has a flat bottom, is retained by two bolts and has a single threaded insert on top. What are they called and any suggestions as to where to buy a pair?

Looks like what a compressor / generator would use to bolt them to the floor
