Zetec Idler Pulley
Nearly finished my idler pulley and I'm quite pleased with it so I thought I'd share it with you, I'll be putting my drawing (basic
fag packet stuff) onto my gallery over then next few nights or so, so if you want to do something similar at least you'll have the
dimensions.
Think I'll replace the nylocs with some dome stainless ones as a finishing touch.
And before you lot start, no I'm not painting it any colour
Cheers
Rich

Should be ok, its 6mm ali plate and the adjusting rod is solid, the stand off's are machined from solid steel bar, all in all its pretty solid,
if it does flex I'll just get a bit of 10mm plate!
fingers crossed!

I am not quite sure where you are intending to mount this, is it for driving the alternator? Or am I missing something ?
