Duratec Engine Bolts

Chaps,

Might be a simple question but the bolts holding the ancilaries onto a duratec appear to be ali as well, can you use steel bolts instead or will they heat up differently when the engine heats up and cause a problem?

They just seem soft and easy to take a corner off.

I've just been using ordinary BZP bolts





Duratec Engine is fitted, MS2 Extra V3 is assembled and tested, engine running, car now built. IVA passed 26/02/2016
