got a zetec engine

hi

i've just got a 2.0l zetec engine black top and i was just wondering is it worth doing any work on the engine before i put it in my haynes.????

any mods poeple could reccomend would be good too.

They are very robust and don't need any work. Just check the oil to make sure theres no horrors and if your modding the sump just have a peak at the crank. It should all look like new regardless of mileage.

If your having a look at the crank you may as well
chuck in a set of ARP bolts as well.
They are worth the extra cost as standard ones are £40 a set.
