Duratec advance curve

I know that this was asked here but I could not find an aswer. Does anybody know the stock duratec advance curve?

Same for stock injectors, I could not found information about flow rate.

The 2 litre uses Bosch part no 0280156154 which i think are rated at 19lb/hour

I'd be interested to know this too actually. We currently run the stock MJ Zetec map (even backed off a degree or so too). I'm sure we could get more out of it if we spent a bit of time on the advance.
