I have had two very odd fittings I needed to source -
one was fixing a Mig welding 3mm tube to a much larger line from a big bottle regulator.
The other was connecting the screw fitting on the XE fuel rail to a rubber fuel hose.
I searched around the web quite a bit, and then popped in to 'Blackpool Hydraulics' with the bits and asked them to sort it.
Both connections were done for me in double - quick time for less than a tenner.
Now, I'm not suggesting you come to Blackpool - but pretty much everywhere will have a similar place?

If it's for low pressure then a universal fuel filter for about a quid or so, available at any motor factor
