where or how do i install a radiator fan switch?

after looking through the s2000 workshop manual i have realised that i have somehow missed out the radiator fan switch when plumbing in the cooling circuit! i have a pro alloy rad with no boss for a switch,so where do i put it into the circuit? cheers.dan!

CBS do an In-line water temp sender housing, their ref #INT 25- 32-38 about £15.

What size is your top hose, I have a digital adjustable revotec one you can have for p+p if it is suitable.

my rad outlets are 38mm but i bought 2x silicone reducers from 38-32mm and 2x 32mm alloy hose joiners! hope this helps

get a threaded boss from rakeway welded into that aluminium pipe
