Zetec - Scholar engines sump

OK so following advice on various threads I have received my sump from scholar for my blacktop zetec. The plan is to fit it next weekend but............ putting it next to the engine which is currently on a stand I have to say Im slightly confused! The engine is going to be mated to an MT75 and doesnt look remotely like its going to fit. Am I being completely stupid!???

Im just lying it up to the engine and then looking at the bellousing of the mt75 and thinking that surely some of the bolts now have nowhere to go....

There are only five bolts holding engine to box. None are in the sump.

As above. no bolts it the sump. Feels totally wrong, but its right.

I can vouch for the Scholar sump, fitted mine earlier in the year, and so far has been excellent. Make sure you get a good tight seal on the sump gasket, I had to redo mine as it leaked.

Use some of the liquid sump gasket stuff, its brilliant.
