Are you fitting it to a silver or black top ?

They are for/from a silvertop but will fit a black top with four 20mm spacers and the four bearing cap bolts from a silver top. These are 20mm longer and have studs to mount the windage tray and the pick up pipe.

Whats the problem ?

The pick up bolts to the oil pump and there should be a leg on it that bolts to one of the windage tray bolts.

No its not quite right, Scholar told me on the phone when I ordered that there is a difference in some of the engines after a certain date. Annoyed that if they know that that they dont make two different pick ups
