can someone confirm this radiator is correct before i order it?

after a new rad for my indy and found this which to me ticks the boxes , they list it as being a 1983 1.0 VW polo radiator so should be the one but just wondering if someone can confirm before i part with the cash?

http://www.thepartspeople.co.uk/Volkswagen-Polo-1.0-1983/Parts.aspx

cheers

You need to use the rad that fits the 1.4 polo, like this one

VW POLO/FOX/SKODA FABIA/SEAT IBIZA/CORDOBA RADIATOR NEW | eBay UK

I used a Seat Leon radiator as it is slightly bigger at 430 x 415 core size

Duratec Engine is fitted, MS2 Extra V3 is assembled and tested, engine running, car now built. IVA passed 26/02/2016

Well thats just confused the situation then, i was told to use the VW302 as per here http://www.adrad.co.uk/prices/prices.php?search=VW302 but was just hoping someone would confirm that was the same as the one in my 1st link as i get a damn good discount with them through work.

looking at that last one i'm not so sure it'd fit, space is a little limited and that seems a fair bit bigger than the VW302 rad?

i'm a bit confused by this, why does it need to be the 1.4 one? thought loads of people used the 1 litre polo radiator? thought it was the most commonly used on here?

Great service, easy website.

Depends on the engine, aproximately 30% of the engergy goes into the water I put in the biggest I could, there are quite a few on here that have had overheating problems using the 1.0 Polo radiator.
