What to remove from 1.8 CVH for Zetec

I'm currently breaking my 1.8 CVH Sierra and see from many of the threads that some of the parts from the CVH could be used on the Zetec that I am hoping to fit to my kit.

Can someone please provide me with a list of the bits its best to take off and keep?

The CVH has only done 85000 but not sure anyone would want it so may as well get the most from it while I can.

The CVH flywheel is much lighter than a Zetec one and can be used in conjunction with the CVH trigger wheel on a Zetec.

Pull of as much as you can, it can allways be dumped later.

Starter and alternator are a must and the sump is worth a few quid. Little bits are handy. The dizzy drive has two clips and if both are there they are rare.
