can anyone help identify the year of this blade engine?

as titel really after a wiring diagram!

There should be some numbers on the engine, that would be better to identify the engine.





I spent a lot of money on booze, birds and fast cars. The rest I just squandered.

looks like an early one, 85/86, check cc size then you will get a better answer

As said engine number, it should tell you the cc on the block

I suspect early 893 though at a guess. Is the a TPS on the carbs?, is there a sensor onto the gearbox? (Not the neutral swithch)

thanks for the replys il double check tomo not even seen the motor yet just been sent some pics and asked to wire it and get it running! :-/

its got a sight glass so a 918/919 which makes it 1995 ish

It will run with any early blade spark ECU, if you fit a CBR600 you can rev it a little higher.

diagram

provide power to the ECU and earth the side stand and neutral wires.

Earlier engines did not have TPS's so ignore if not fitted.

engine code was sc33e 27485 anyway!

My engine (sc33e 2xxxx) was a 1997 919cc.
