ST170 head bolt torque

Just reassembling the 'fancy' zetec engine which is labelled ST170. I have loaned my mondeo haynes to a mate who has 'lost it'. Can't find head bolt torque and sequence anywhere on net specifically for this engine.
It has a four layer steel head gasket. Do blacktop zetecs have the same or are they more old fashioned style copper asbestos etc? If they do use a steel multi-layer then it would probably be OK to copy the blacktop figures.
Anyone help out please?

Sods law I turned the head over while carrying it across the kitchen (yes I am divorced) (and a bit simple) and seven of the cam followers fell out on the floor. They are made to clearance size on this engine, no shims so there's a bit of fun, finding which holes they go back in to get the gaps reset!
