fuel pumps

Hi All
I orderd my fuel pumps from rally and they were deliverd today and they sent the wrong fuel pump I wanted a Facet solid state 2.5-3.0 Psi pump and they sent me a Facet, Interupter pump 4.0-4.5 Psi pumpsilver top road use.
Can anyone tell me if this pump will be ok to use to fill my 1ltr swirlpot (2.0duratec).

Any pump will only develop pressure if it is pumping against a restriction -- so max rated output pressure of the pump is of no consquence if the return to the tank is unobstructed.

You have been sent a more expensive pump, if you paid the price of the cheaper one, flog the expensive one and order another cheaper one.
