Mini electric fuel pump

Hi

I have what i believe to be an old MG midget electric pump, for my reserve tank on the 7, and it no worky any more!

I seem to remember from my MG midget days a clump with a hammer used to free it up

Ive tried that, and still nothing, is it fooked?

Likely the switch points in the pump are U/S you can get you points but they can be trickyto fit best way to fix it is fit a kit from Burlen services that converts it to solid state switching, but it might be cheaper to fit a Facet Pump solid state pump.

If it is one of the SU models I hace a fairly new one which I spotted in a box the other night while tidying up the carp in the garage, I don't see a future for it in my kingdom
