Fury polo rad

Have found the old rad has sprung a small leak 5 days before Bedford gt track day!
I've searched eBay but does anyone have any other suggestions for a 320x430 core radiator? Have people plugged the expansion tank outlet pipe on the side?
Not looking for anything posh as its off the road after next week.

Re expansion take-off.
Saw a post somewhere suggesting cutting off most of the length and screwing a suitable size bolt or self-tapper coated with JB Weld.
He reckoned it had worked for a couple of years like that but as per no guarantees implied.
HTH.
Cheers, Pewe

The one linked above isn't the one you want for a Fury. Thats a380x322 core and OK in a seven but there's room and the mounts to take the bigger 430x322 rad (VW303 or SerkeMarston Pt No 2719819) in a Fury

You want this one from a 1.1/1.3 Polo 85-90.

I've used the bleed pipe and plumbed it back to the bleed from the stat into the expansion bottle. Can't see any good reason to block it off and make the risk of air-locks higher.

Just so no-one makes the same mistake as me - avoid buying from Volksbits, Pershore Rd, Birmingham.
Bought a Polo rad on-line which wasn't correct.
Contacted them and arranged for the correct one.
They then charged an extra £20 as they "had to order it in specially".
I should have told them where to stick it but unfortunately needed it that day.
Needless to say they won't be receiving any more business from me!
Be careful there a lots of sharks out there!
Cheers, Pewe

Received rad this afternoon guys as promised , BUT! It's very very cheaply made , the outlets are soo thin I'm scared to push a pipe over.
Its also missing the fixing lugs from one side for the fan! So be warned when buying from Ad rad!
