2 regulators?
I have a malpassi turbo regulator thats hooked up to look after fuelling on my supercharged project with 3 bar injection pump..
With a pressure gauge after the regulator the lowest i can get is 6psi?
The adjustment is screwed out the whole way and the return to tank out from the regulator is running to a jerry can so no obstruction..
What should I do? I need the 3psi for the bike carbs when off boost..
any advice peeps??

not sure that I understand, but it would be unusual to use high pressure pumping for carbs,... really need the right type of pump,..
sorry if I've got the wrong end of the stick,..

The malpassi turbo regulator is designed to run with a 3 bar pump apparently.. the turbo carbed reno 5 and lotus espirit both use a 3 bar pump to keep
on top of supplying fuel at full boost.

You could try a fuel bypass, it may be you are simply pushing more petrol than the regulator can regulate, so put a tee in the fuel pipe with a
restricted return (small carb jet in the pipe) to bleed off excess fuel and see if this improves things.
If this works then just adjust the bleed hole size so it does not lean out at max power.

Have a look at the metro turbo regulator, I know you can use an injection pump angle get 3psi at idle from it, once connected to boost pressure it
will increase fuel pressure so that it is exceeding boost.

The metro turbo used the same regulator.. my pump is one of those light blue (bosch? 038) 135 lt an hr, its a real noisy bugger too. maybe its a tad
too much flow.. so I T after the pump with a restriction back into what?? The pump input from tank or the return line to tank?? What jet size are we
talking? Should a 1mm jet be a good starting point?
I can measure the flow per minute when I get the pressure down but what should I be after flow wise for 235ish BHP?
Thanks!
