Pinto to duratec what's needed

Starting to get my shopping list together for my duratec conversion having been talked out of using. V8.

So I have (will be getting) a 2001 mondeo duratec
Away do I need to removed with the engine, ie standar induction ecu wiring etc etc

I already know I'm going to need a bell housing for the type 9 along with a st150 or aftermarket flywheel and a sump.

I've read that the pinto exhaust can be reused with a new flange.

I'm currently running 40 dcoes and mega jolt I'm guessing I'm going to have to change to mega squirt and throttle bodies do will prob need to fit a return line and swirl pot prob need to change to a hi pressure pump? I'm currently running a facet Reston and filter king.

So assuming I go mega squirt what throttle bodes ? Gsxr 750/1000 k1's? And a fast dan manifold.

I'm hoping someone can help with the list. This is going into my Haynes roadster.

Assuming your car has already passed IVA/SVA then you can continue on carbs. I converted from Pinto and ran mine on 45's but they do need 5 progression holes in them. Save the return to the tank extra fuel system costs.
