Silver top alternator - info/advice please

Evening, surprisingly it's already dark and raining again, not very inspiring so searching the net for locost alternator...
Might have found one off a dihatsu move which I know will fit as L5W uses one with a modified pulley.
My question is this, what is the approx diameter of alternator I should be looking for?
Just a roughtimate will do.

I managed to fit the stahdard sierra one to my indy using the silvertop engine

I got one from a bedford rascal van for £20, it was new old stock, haven't fitted it yet but initial measurements looks like it will go under my throttle bodies on the drivers side of the engine.

I did have to take off the vee type pulley though & made up an aluminium spacer for the zetec multi groove pulley, shaft on alternator was smaller than the bolt hole in the pulley.

I found the rascal one much cheaper than the denso types, in a few months i might get time to make the bracket up for it
