Sierra Prop/Diff Bolts?? What thread type??
Evening Gents,
Im curious about what thread type the bolts are which fix the sierra prop and diff flanges together.
I've added a spur gear for my reverse motor and now the standard bolts are out of safety (i.e no bolt thread showing)
Im wishing to buy x4 longer bolts with the intention of a nyloc nut on the end as well.
Am I right in saying its a metric fine pitch ?
Thanks !

^^ what he said M10x1.0 (i.e. extra fine or super fine pitch)
but ideally they should be grade 10.9 or 12.9
(12.9 is common for allen key headed ones)
I beleve the std. ones are grade 10.9 18mm long like these: burton's
linky
Dax supply 20mm long allen key head ones with their prop's - so I've got at least one set of std. ford ones going spare....
