lsd turque setting

im currently having my rear diff rebuilt its a from a 7'' cosworth the usual type used and im going to have the plates moved around to suit my car better, it weighs in at 480kg and will be running slics/semi slics all of the time need to know the torque off the break off point??!! approximately
