The catch tank cap vented on mine (Mocal 1 litre)

To be fair it shouldn't really vent that much to atmosphere

Are you using a small breather filter on the vent from the catch tank ? or just venting straight to atmosphere ?

Had my dry sump breather set up exactly like that for 14 years but the tank was in a position so that any fumes did not go into my path, they would have passed down the tunnel. To be honest, with a healthy engine there should not be much in the way of fumes anyway, never was with mine.

im using a 1l mocal tank with one fitting blanked off and just a feed from the top of the dry sump tank

i wander if i run another pipe to atmosphere from the tank that i wil reduce the fumes as such.

its dosnt breath oil at all to be fair

Not sure if it'll help but this was my layout

As you'll know the cap on the Mocal catch tank acts as a breather and no issues to report on this set-up
(The one connection on top of the catch tank goes to the dry sump tank and the other to a machined fitting on the cam cover)
Never had any problems at all with it to be honest.
