Pinto crank case breather
Hi all
I have a 2ltr Pinto engine i have just put bike carbs on, Do i just block the end of the crank case breather pipe off or fit a catch can.
I have seen some that have been blocked off but i don't know if it could cause problems

Catch tank needs a breather so don't buy those cheap square sealed ones
Would be good to run both the crank case and the rocket cover to the tank
Pinto's breath heavy so 16mm or bigger hoses
I eat to survive
I drink to forget
I breath to pi55 my ex wife off (and now my ex partner)

As above. I found I needed the rocker breather as well. If you do it dont forget to use a shield in the rocker cover otherwise all you oil will end up
in the catch tank.

Do not block the crankcase breather unless you want all your engine oil to 'vomit' out of the oil filler cap Blocking the crankcase
breather prevents the oil draining back from the head.
A catch can should be fine with plenty of airflow
Never under estimate the ingenuity of an idiot!
