three pipes ones warter pipe were do the others go any ideas cheers

the engine would be a start, and a photo much use too! 
one is probably a vacuum pipe to the servo

pipes on twin 40s manifold no servo pipe go into main ventrys 1.7 crossflow short manifold

Yup blank all of them unless you need the water connection for a heater
