the good old ally polo rad is very good, do a search, plenty of info on them, part no's, which year etc. they can cope with over 200bhp out of
an engine, what engine are you running?
Ned.
beware, I've got yellow skin

The height of the polo radiator is 320 mm, so it's to height for me ( max 250 mm), because my intercooler is in the front of the nose and I need
space ( up and down) for inlet and outlet pipes.
I have a cosworth turbo engine from a saphire

I would have thought that you should be able to still plumb in an intercooler with a decent sized rad, you can sandwich the intercooler and rad
together without sacrificing significant cooling (as long as the intercooler is in front of the rad).
Have a look at some of these pics, Bazzer used to have a Polo rad in there before turboing and the new radiator (alloy "v8" from
Westfield) is certainly no smaller

try this URL you will find dimensions with the price data for all rads listed -- but it will take while to work through as they are listed by make
model sub-variant
