Vulcan are a eknowned tuning shop in London
http://www.vulcanengines.com/
There are 5 different heads for the crossflow, maxflow 1, 2 and 3, Chambered and Stage 2. All have been flowed and fitted with larger cams to some
extent. The maxflow 3 being the freeest flowing head with the largest valves.
Without knowing exactly what the head and cam are its hard to say what power it should be producing.
There are some power curves here:

we are not talking Mr Spock are we????
Vulcan Engineering.
I have a pinto build by them, they have been tuning ford engines for many decades and are one of the few companies that have been round since i was a
kid. they work out of a shop in west london i almost missed it when i collected my engine.
I have a 2.1 litre Pinto putting out about 160 to 165BHP against the standard 108BHP.
they have a website if you are interested.
hope this has helped.
