Reverse gearbox problems on zx12r ???

on the first drive today of the zx12r indy driving at 30mph the rear end locked up and the car completely swapped ends.
not what i had in mind for the first drive.

I think the reverse box may have kicked in but not sure, we drove back ok so do not think it was the diff or the brakes locking.
has anyone had problems like this before its a quaife box and brand new any ideas now very nervous to drive the car until problem solved??

please helppppp??
Cheers Sean

i then pushed the car to the side of the road on tick over.

we then tried both forward and reverse gears which work ok and drove back verrrry slowwww.

with judder all the way as at 4k its a knightmare.

I'd check the prop bolts and center bearing bolts as well.
