ZX6, 750 or 9 carbs?

Looking to put bike carbs on the x1/9, its a 1500cc sohc lump which is developing around 85hp. Hope to get exhaust, head work done + a decent cam soon. What carbs do u recken would suit better: ZX6R, ZX7R or ZX750? Will speak to Bogg Bros tomorrow but there are some cheap 750 on ebay at t mo......

ZX6, as the others will be too big a choke size I'm guessing
