steering wheel centre

I have a sparco wheel for sva test,it is not round does that matter?the column is offset for crash and has collapsible boss.Question,spokes are 5mm radiussed.no holes but not padded does this matter

I used an aftermarket wheel at SVA. No holes allowed (so you are OK there). Rads must meet minimum requirement. If you use aftermarket wheel you must use collapsible boss.
I hope other VOSA centres allow the same. Worth a call if you need confirmation.
