the escort 1.8 16v (zetec) one fits and is loads lighter than the 2.0L zetec one. Is the CVH one lighter than this ?

Does the CVH flywheel have the 36 teeth for crankshaft position? None that i've seen have. Think I have an 1800 Zetec flywheel somewhere , bit rusty but OK if you need one

1800 zetec flywheel is the best bet.

Some CVH flywheels have 36-1 but ISTR only on late models also various clutches were used on the CVH and it isn't always easy to match some to a 23 spline input shaft -- of a type 9 of course if you are using an MT75 it is different again.
