cvh dizzy

Evening all, there's a cvh dizzy on ebay

Sorry, no idea how to do that properly. Would I need anything else to get the sparks going? Apart form the obvious spark plugs and leads of course. Or would this be unsuitable for an 1800 with a 1600 head with twin 40's?
