Water ways
Hi there all,
I'm in the process of fitting a escort water pump to my 2L zetec and the water ways appear to be pretty caked up.
How much rust is acceptabel in here and what is the best way to clean it up?
Heres what it loks like:

Electrolysis is the daddy! If you get the mixture right, you cant fault it.

I think that he would need a bloody big tank to put the whole block in to use electrolysis. Plus you would not be able to get the cathode very far
into the waterways for it to be effective. IMHO. Chippy
